Your shoulder replacement is only the beginning. What happens after you return home can shape the experience of your early recovery.

Your nurse. Your physical therapist. Your recovery equipment. Your plan.

All arranged in one place.

Your First Days Home, Fully Supported

Returning home after shoulder surgery can bring new challenges with sudden mobility restrictions. From managing medications and discomfort to dressing, bathing, sleeping comfortably, protecting your surgical arm, monitoring your incision, and navigating everyday activities with limited mobility.

You shouldn’t have to manage recovery on your own.

Our Registered Nurses provide one-on-one support through the immediate post-operative period, while our Doctors of Physical Therapy guide your rehabilitation according to your surgeon’s recommendations and your individual progress.

Together, we create a seamless transition from hospital discharge to recovery and rehabilitation at home.

Concierge Physical Therapy Comes to You

When your surgeon recommends beginning physical therapy, there's no need to immediately navigate transportation and repeated trips to an outpatient clinic.

We bring the PT clinic to you.

Your therapist evaluates your mobility, strength, gait, functional limitations, and recovery goals while following your surgeon's post-operative protocol.

For shoulder surgery patients, a typical early-recovery plan may include five to ten in-home physical therapy visits.

Your exact plan is individualized based on your surgeon's recommendations, physical therapist's assessment, and recovery progress.

A Higher Standard of In-Home Rehabilitation

Your physical therapy isn't simply about completing exercises.

Our therapists can incorporate advanced hands-on techniques, rehabilitation modalities, and recovery technology based on your individual needs, stage of healing, and surgeon’s post-operative protocol. When clinically appropriate, these modalities are incorporated into your treatment plan at no additional cost.

Treatment may include manual therapy, soft-tissue and scar mobilization, shoulder joint mobilization, range-of-motion therapy, therapeutic exercise, progressive strengthening, cold and compression therapy, andwhen clinically appropriatedry needling and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM).

The goal is simple: restore mobility, rebuild strength, and help you return confidently to the activities you enjoy.
