We begin with a complimentary video consultation to get to know you, understand your procedure, answer questions, and learn what matters most to you during recovery.
By the time surgery day arrives, your nurse already feels like a familiar and trusted part of your care team. From the moment you return home, you’ll receive personalized, in-home care from an experienced Registered Nurse dedicated to your comfort, safety, and peace of mind.
Throughout your recovery, you’ll have direct 24-hour access to your nurse by phone. We are present when you need us and discreetly available when not.
Your nurse remains closely connected through scheduled check-ins, ongoing assessments, urgent concerns, and seamless communication with your surgical team whenever needed.

Comprehensive Nursing Assessments
Receive skilled monitoring and expert clinical care including incision and drain checks, vital signs, and early recognition of complications performed only by experienced Registered Nurses.

We serve as your clinical advocate ensuring timely updates, clear communication, and seamless coordination with your surgical team throughout your recovery.
From managing paperwork and records to handling calls and follow-up details, we help ensure nothing is overlooked before, during, or after your healing process.

Incision, Drain & Wound Care
Hands-on assistance with dressing changes, drain management, incision assessment, and education on signs of infection or complications

Medication Coordination & Symptom Management
Personalized support with medication setup and administration, symptom tracking, and pain control always in alignment with your surgeon’s post-operative plan and recovery instructions.
Our experienced Registered Nurses help monitor for changes in pain, swelling, nausea, hydration, mobility, dizziness, constipation, and other common post-operative concerns while providing real-time education and reassurance throughout recovery.
We also assist with medication scheduling and organization to help reduce missed doses, confusion, or preventable complications during the healing process.
Through close assessment, ongoing monitoring, and seamless communication with your surgical team when needed, we proactively identify concerns early and help prevent complications before they arise.

Support with Mobility & Hygiene
Support with safe ambulation, repositioning, compression garments, mobility restrictions, and comfort measures to promote healing and reduce strain.

Light Post-Op Errands & Meal Support
Need a pharmacy pickup, medical supply run, or light meal setup? We handle light tasks that support your healing without interruption.

Following surgery or medical treatment, patients often receive a large amount of information in a short period of time.
Our role is to provide clear, individualized education in a calm and unhurried environment, helping clients better understand their recovery plan, medications, post-operative instructions, and overall healing process.
Education is tailored to each client’s procedure, lifestyle, wellness goals, and home environment, allowing for a more seamless and comfortable recovery experience.
